If you would like to request a refund, credit or replacement, Ace Comp Pty Ltd will assess your claim for a refund, credit or replacement. You are not entitled to a refund if:
* You subscribe and use the product at least once, fully or partially.
* 5 days are elapsed after enrolment
* You change your mind or no longer want the service for any reason.
* You realise you cannot afford the service.
* You found the similar or same education product at a cheaper price elsewhere.
* You select a wrong product.
* You dislike the product for any reason.
*You choose to cut short subscription or there is an unused portion of the product. Note, we do not provide partial refunds.
We will refund using your bank details or original payment method where appropriate and we reserve the right to replace or refund the sale at our discretion. The user must send a request for refund in writing on email to info@acecompetition.com.au. The refunds will be fully processed within 7 days upon receipt of the bank details.
We reserve the right to alter the Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.
